
Kay Connor-Israel
Kay is proud to have opened the only Diagnostic Center in the tri-county area to neighbor her PT clinic, Springfield Physical Therapy.
Kay performs professional, evidence-based diagnostic testing and produces clear, concise reports with accurate results which assist a physician to properly diagnose a patient’s condition leading to more effective patient treatment plans. By providing EMG/NCS services, her team is providing their physicians and patients more timely turn-around times in the availability of testing as well as the results, benefiting the patients by saving them a great deal of time and money.
In her spare time, Kay enjoys spending time with her family, pets and any time outdoors hiking or being on water. She enjoys cheering on her Kentucky Wildcats in basketball and football as well as following the Dallas Cowboys in the NFL.

Dana Connor-Israel
She spent many years living and working in Louisville, KY serving as a Minister to Youth and then returning to her Business degree as a Regional Operations Manager for a corporation managing six locations, including their Healthcare office. The opportunity to manage Springfield Physical Therapy was a natural fit, just as the addition to the Diagnostic Center was as well.
Dana’s passions are time with her family, cheering on her favorite teams (Kentucky Wildcats, Tennessee Lady Vols, and Seattle Seahawks), her pets and rescues, being on water (pool, lake or ocean), and her side private practice in Life Coaching. She has multiple certifications in Life Coaching including Life’s Transitions, Women Empowerment, and Career Coaching.

Julie Bishop
Julie performs professional, evidence-based diagnostic testing and produces clear, concise reports with accurate results which assist a physician to properly diagnose a patient’s condition leading to more effective patient treatment plans.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family biking, fishing, or anything else they can do outdoors. She is an avid Lady Vol Basketball fan and also enjoys cheering on the Louisville City Professional Soccer team.
